10:01 AM EST - Tiger Resources Limited : advised that construction has continued to proceed safely and on budget during February for the Stage 1 development at the Kipoi Copper Project in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Tiger expects to complete plant construction and commence commissioning during March, with commercial production commencing in April.
