Consolidated net sales increased 9% to $368.0 million compared to $338.9 million in 2009. Net earnings were $125.9 million or $0.28 per diluted share compared to $10.7 million or $0.29 per diluted share in 2009. Net earnings in both years included gains from non-recurring items.
