11:48 AM EST - International Tower Hill Mines Ltd. : announced that multiple, thick zones of higher-grade mineralization were encountered in the first 14 holes drilled in its 2011 drill program at the Livengood Gold Project near Fairbanks, Alaska . The drill program, which commenced in February 2011, is aimed at confirming the continuity and grade of the mineralization at its Money Knob deposit and testing a new, deeper, higher-grade zone of mineralization in the southern Core and SW zones of the deposit which was encountered in late 2010.
