03:54 PM EST - Clairvest Group Inc. : announced that a limited partnership in which it has invested in and Clairvest Equity Partners III Limited Partnership announced today the sale of their interests in Hudson Valley Waste Holding, Inc. to Waste Connections, Inc. In March 2010, Clairvest invested $35 million U.S. in Hudson Valley Waste. Under terms of the sale, Clairvest will receive proceeds of $70 million U.S., which equates to 2.0 times invested capital and an internal rate of return of 87% over the 13-month duration of the investment.
