Ltd. : announced that it has entered into memorandum of understanding with Banro Corporation to jointly develop Banro's Twangiza property, and the related proposed hydro power project. The MOU also provides that the parties intend to extend the cooperation to Banro's other properties located along the Twangiza-Namoya gold belt in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
