Sales for the third quarter of fiscal 2011 decreased by 2% to $46.0 million from $46.9 million in the third quarter of fiscal 2010. Net earnings during the third quarter of fiscal 2011 were $2.5 million ($0.52 per diluted share) compared with $2.8 million ($0.48 per diluted share) during the third quarter last year.
