International Datacasting Corp.

11:30 AM EST - International Datacasting Corp. : reports that one of its shareholders, Magito B.V., a private Dutch holding company, plans to sell its 2.67 million common shares, or 6.1 per cent of the company. The sales will be completed over the next 15 days, the Ottawa wireless technology company said Monday. Magito is a former shareholder of Profline B.V., a company acquired by IDC in November 2005. Magito intends to initially offer its IDC shares at 80 cents each. "Although we do not think that any sale of Magito's interest in IDC will necessarily have an impact on our share price, in the interest of full disclosure, we wanted to make sure that investors were aware that a large volume trade or series of trades in our shares may occur over the next fifteen days," said Ron Clifton, IDC's president and CEO. IDC provides advanced products, systems and services to build broadband wireless infrastructure networks. International Datacasting Corp. shares IDC:CA are trading down three cents at $0.47.
