11:39 AM EST - Rogers Communications Inc. : announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend totalling 35.5 cents per share on each of its outstanding Class B Non-Voting shares and Class A Voting shares. The quarterly dividend declared today will be paid on July 4, 2011 to shareholders of record on June 15, 2011, and is the second quarterly dividend to reflect the recently increased $1.42 per share annualized dividend level.
