09:45 AM EST - The Churchill Corporation : announced that it has acquired all of the outstanding shares of McCaine Electric Ltd. for consideration of $11.5 million in cash and common shares issued from treasury at closing, plus up to an additional $1 million in cash subject to earn-out conditions in 2012 and 2013. The breakdown of the $11.5 million paid at closing is $9 million in cash and $2.5 million in common shares. The Churchill Corporation
