11:45 AM EST - Frasier Papers Inc. : reports that it is selling its 21.8 per cent stake in Acadian Timber Income Fund (TSX:ADN.UN), a 3.6-million-unit block worth about $42.5 million. Acadian said Fraser has indicated that it "intends to pursue the sale of up to all of such units," but "there can be no assurance that any such sales will be completed." Acadian supplies primary forest products in Eastern Canada and the Northeastern U.S., with 970,000 hectares of land under management. Frasier Papers Inc.
