03:35 PM EST - Real Estate Services Inc. : today announced cash flow from operations for the three months ended March 31, 2011 was $5.7 million or $0.44 per restricted voting share ("RVS") which was unchanged from the same period in 2010. Royalties were $8.2 million for the quarter, the same level as the first quarter of 2010. The net loss for the three months was $1.6 million or $0.17 per RVS, as compared to a loss of $18.4 million for the same period in 2010, when calculated on a consistent basis.
