10:57 AM EST - Harvest Energy Trust : has announced an agreement to take over Grand Petroleum Inc. for $3.84 per share in cash or a total of $110 million. Harvest said Monday it will also assume $35 million in liabilities. The trust said it will fund the acquisition from existing credit lines. Harvest Energy Trust
