04:07 PM EST - PowerComm Inc. : announced that it has entered in to a non-binding letter of intent to acquire Nextron Corp. Under the terms of agreement PowerComm has agreed to pay $0.05 per share in cash and to issue one common share of PowerComm for each fifteen shares of Nextron. This would equate to a value of $0.09 per share of Nextron or an 81.7% premium to the last close of business on Friday, June 8. PowerComm Inc.
