10:25 AM EST - Research In Motion Ltd. : shares jumped 18 percent in early trading on Friday, a day after the company reported better-than-expected quarterly earnings and strong subscriber growth for its popular wireless e-mail devices. After the market closed on Thursday, RIM reported earnings of $223.2 million, or $1.17 a share, for the three months ended June 2, up from $128.8 million, or 67 cents a share, a year earlier. Research In Motion Ltd.
shares T.RIM are trading up $30.18 at $205.40.
