03:42 PM EST - MOSAID Technologies Inc. : announced that it has added a mobile Dynamic Random Access Memory (mobile DRAM) patent to its infringement claims against Elpida Memory, Inc., Buffalo Inc., and Axiontech Technologies. The amended complaint, which now includes U.S. Patent No. 7,492,656 (the '656 patent), alleges infringement of seven of MOSAID's U.S. patents. MOSAID filed its original complaint against Elpida, Buffalo and Axiontech on May 10, 2011, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Tyler Division. MOSAID Technologies Inc.
