12:04 PM EST - Thomson Corp. : has sold its school testing subsidiary Thomson Prometric to ETS, an educational measurement organization that has been its largest customer, for US$435 million. Shedding the test division is part of Thomson's plan to sell off assets of its Learning business, as announced last October. Thomson Corp.
shares T.TOC are trading off 35 cents at $43.15.
