10:04 AM EST - ACE Aviation Holdings Inc. : announced Monday the filing of a preliminary prospectus for $200 million initial public offering of a minority stake in Air Canada. The offering of Class A variable voting shares and Class B voting shares would initially raise $200 million, with a secondary offering of an undetermined offering to follow. The two companies did not say what percentage the minority stake will represent. ACE Aviation Holdings Inc.
