10:39 AM EST - Homburg Canada Real Estate Investment Trust : announced today that it has entered into a binding agreement to acquire a 100% interest in a portfolio of 29 neighbourhood shopping centres, of which 24 are leased and anchored by the Jean Coutu Group. The gross purchase price for the portfolio is $114.9 million, excluding closing and transaction costs, representing a going-in capitalization rate of approximately 8.00%.
