12:02 PM EST - Solium Capital : announced that it has purchased the Allecon Stock Associates, LLC for an acquisition price of US$6.12 million in cash and 474,381 Solium common shares. The company noted that in connection with the purchase, it attained a new $5.3 million secured credit facility with a Canadian chartered bank and drew $3.5 million on such facility. Solium Capital
