03:22 PM EST - Gazit America Inc : announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, ProMed Properties (CA) Inc. has entered into two separate binding agreements for the acquisition of two properties located in Toronto and Kitchener, Ontario, for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $21.9 million. These acquisitions are subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions and closing of these transactions is expected to occur during the fourth quarter of 2011. Gazit America Inc
