10:37 AM EST - Héroux-Devtek Inc. : reported its results for the second quarter of fiscal 2012 ended September 30, 2011. Consolidated sales for the second quarter were $86.0 million, an increase of 3.4% from $83.2 million for the same period last year. This increase reflects higher sales for the Aerostructure and Industrial product lines. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization were $13.6 million, or 15.8% of sales, compared with $11.3 million, or 13.6% of sales. Héroux-Devtek Inc.
