10:25 AM EST - Rogers Communications Inc. : reported a second-quarter loss on Tuesday on a big noncash charge on a cash settlement feature for stock options. Rogers said it lost $56 million, or 9 cents a share, in the three months ended June 30. That comes on a profit of $279 million, or 44 cents, in the same period a year earlier. Rogers Communications Inc.
shares T.RCI.B are trading off $1.61 at $49.45.
