03:16 PM EST - Marathon Gold Corporation : reported that it has closed its previously announced public offering with a syndicate of underwriters co-led by Canaccord Genuity Corp. and Haywood Securities Inc., and including Fraser Mackenzie Limited 3,928,000 units of the Company were sold at a price of $1.40 per Unit and 2,728,000 flow-through common shares of the Company were sold at a price of $1.65 per FT Share for aggregate gross proceeds of $10,000,400.
