10:01 AM EST - QLT Inc. : has cut its annual forecast for global sales of its Visudyne eye treatment after third-quarter sales fell 39.3 percent to US$75.1 million. "We're disappointed with the results and as a result we've lowered our guidance to a range of US$63 million to $78 million for the quarter, which would bring us in at $340 million to $355 million for the year." The Vancouver-based company had previously said Visudyne sales were expected in a range between $370 million and $385 million. QLT Inc.
T.QLT are trading down 24 cents at $8.68.
