09:48 AM EST - Centamin Egypt Limited : announced that the Supreme Court of Western Australia made orders earlier today, pursuant to section 411(4)(b) of the Corporations Act 2001 to approve the scheme of arrangement, subject to certain existing conditions. The scheme of arrangement will effect the proposed change to the corporate structure of Centamin and its subsidiaries by putting in place a new Jersey incorporated parent company for the Centamin Group, Centamin plc.
