ZoomAway Going Places on Deal with Tech Firm

On a summer day when people’s thoughts are occupied with getting away, news hit the wires that blew folks away.

Vancouver-based ZoomAway Travel Inc. (TSX-Venture:ZMA), boasting a status as an innovator in the hospitality technology sector, announced Thursday it had forged an agreement with one of the world's largest technology companies – as yet unnamed. This collaboration will expedite the Company's development of Zoomed Out.

The aim is to recreate real world locations in a mobile environment that work seamlessly with the Unity Game Engine are now greatly enhanced.

The other party’s identity is being kept hush-hush for the next little while.

Sean Schaeffer, CEO of Zoomaway Travel, said, "Needless to say, I am very excited and blown away that, not only this technology and all of the amazing support that comes with it, but, to be recognized by this corporation is a really big deal"

ZoomAway zoomed two cents a share, or 80%, late Thursday afternoon to 4.5 cents, on staggering volume of 2.7 million shares
