Innovative cannabis and hemp company Cannabis Global, Inc. (OTC PINK:CBGL) announced that Oakland, CA would be the location of its new research initiative to develop methods to infuse food and beverage products with naturally occurring psychedelic compounds found in many species of mushrooms. The town has an open-minded track record toward research into psychedelic compounds, such as psilocybin.
Shares were trading up over 13% in early afternoon trading.
