Canadian Pacific Railway Ltd. (T.CP) hit a new 52-week high of $56.23; Canadian Pacific and the Canadian Pacific Police Association (CPPA) have announced the ratification of a three-year contract settlement.
The agreement provides for a 6% wage increase for the three years spanning 2010 to 2012. The CPPA are the second of Canadian Pacific's seven bargaining units to ratify the pattern agreement.

The services were disrupted due to a Canadian National freight train derailment near Spy Hill, Saskatchewan, December 5th.
