Cortex Business Solutions Inc (V.CBX) hit a new 52-week high of $4.48 Thursday. Cortex announced today that it has entered into an arrangement agreement under which Drilling Info, Inc. , a portfolio company of Genstar Capital Partners, LLC, has agreed to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Cortex for a cash payment of $4.55 per Share, representing total equity value, on a fully diluted basis, of approximately $45.7 million.
