Comfort Systems USA Raises Dividend 17%

Comfort Systems USA (FIX) has raised its quarterly dividend by 17%.

The electrical contracting, plumbing, and HVAC concern declared a quarterly dividend of $0.70 U.S. per share, up 16.7% from the previous distribution of $0.60 U.S.

Comfort Systems USA will now pay an annual dividend of $2.80 U.S. per share, giving the stock a yield of 0.20%.

The new dividend will be payable on March 17 to shareholders of record on March 6, with an ex-dividend date of March 5.

This is the 14th consecutive year that Comfort Systems USA has raised its dividend.

It’s also the second time in less than 12 months that the company has hiked its distribution to stockholders. In late 2025, the company raised its quarterly dividend 20% to $0.60 U.S. a share.

The latest dividend hike comes with Comfort Systems stock on a tear. Over the past 12 months, FIX stock has gained 247% to trade at $1,373.52 U.S. a share.
