09:40 AM EST - GoldMining Inc. : Announced that, pursuant to its previously announced option agreement with NevGold Corp. dated June 14, 2022, it has received payment in the amount of $3 million, which pursuant to the terms of the Option Agreement, was satisfied by NevGold by issuing to the Company 10,000,000 common shares. As a result, the Company has completed the sale of the Nutmeg Mountain Project to a subsidiary of NevGold. GoldMining Inc.
