10:07 AM EST - Sylogist Ltd. : Announced the appointment of Andrew Shen to the Board of Directors and that Barry Foster will not be standing for re-election as part of the slate of directors to be put forth by the Company at the Meeting. The Company also announced that, in light of these changes, it is postponing its previously scheduled Special Meeting and combining it with the Company's Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
