10:28 AM EST - Flagship Communities Real Estate Investment Trust : Announced that that the Toronto Stock Exchange has accepted the REIT’s notice to launch a Normal Course Issuer Bid. Under the Bid, the REIT may repurchase on the open market, at its discretion during the period commencing on August 28, 2026 and ending on the earlier of August 27, 2027 and the completion of purchases under the Bid, up to 1,642,039 trust units, representing approximately 10% of the "public float", subject to the normal terms and limitations of such bids.
