10:44 AM EST - Kutcho Copper Corp. : Has entered into an agreement dated August 25, with two arms' length prospectors for the purchase of two mineral claims located nearby the Company's Kutcho Project. The Company has agreed to purchase the two mineral claims comprising approximately 68 hectares in area in consideration of the issuance of 150,000 common shares, to be issued at a deemed price per share equal to $0.35 being the market price immediately before the date of announcement.
