Charlottes Web is engaged in the production and distribution of hemp-based cannabidiol (CBD) wellness products. Its product categories include tinctures (liquid product), capsules and topical products. The company distributes its products through an e-commerce website, select wholesalers and a variety of brick and mortar retailers. Geographically, it generates revenue from the United States.
The successful resolution obviously got traders excited as shares trading over the counter got up to ta session high of $4.7248/share (+6.89%).
