NFTs are all the rage, with auctions happening at the some of the biggest auction houses. A fintech platform just announced an NFT sale that exceeded all expectations.
CurrencyWorks Inc. (CSE:CWRK) , a financial technology blockchain pioneer, NFT, and digital payment provider just announced their first NFT sales, happening in just 12 minutes. Working with Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auctions, four unique NFTs were sold.
The NFTs represented first of their kind automobiles (all VIN 001), and were auctioned as part of the Barrett-Jackson Prestige Collection at the Barrett-Jackson 2021 Las Vegas Auction, for $67,000 U.S. in sales.
