This morning, Bellevue, Washington-based CoroWare Inc. (OTCPK:COWI), a diversified technology and solutions company, provided its guidance for the fourth quarter of 2015.
COWI, which provides a range of services, reported that it expects fourth-quarter 2015 gross revenue to exceed $1.7 million, which would represent a growth of 25% on a sequential basis.
The company said that the revenue guidance is based on unaudited fourth-quarter 2015 financial statements.
COWI noted that the higher-than-expected results are due to a combination of new customer engagements, which includes the delivery of marketing support services and repeat customer engagements.
Commenting on the fourth quarter, Lloyd Spencer, President and CEO at CoroWare, said that he is pleased to report that the company achieved solid quarter-over-quarter growth of its contract services and outsourced managed services.
Spencer further said that in the coming quarter, COWI shall be focusing on improving operational efficiency, achieving profitability,
extinguishing convertible debt, and delivering value to its shareholders.
That last part should be a priority for the Company as shares of COWI have barely moved in the last 12 months as the Company has amassed over 8.8 billion in outstanding shares with their ongoing dilution program.
Hopefully this revenue bump will give the Company the flexibility to change their ways which could finally deliver some value to its shareholders.
