Accelerize Provides Update to Shareholders

According to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Council, marketers are looking well beyond their traditional advertising agency base for domain experts to drive marketing performance.

In a report, the CMO Council and Ebiquity, suggested that as budgets increase to finance digital marketing campaigns and more personalized customer engagement, marketers now need additional expertise in data analytics, content creation and channel proliferation in order to improve return on investment.

A survey of 276 marketers conducted by the CMO Council last year showed that in the first half, there was a focus on finding high-performance marketing partners with specialized knowledge and business acumen. Further marketers are looking to apply tougher and taxing returns on investment thresholds of their media and agency partners to maximize return.

The changing landscape of marketing provides an opportunity for companies focusing on digital marketing. This morning, Seattle-based Accelerize Inc. (OTCBB:ACLZ), which has been building a software platform to address the growing need of digital marketers for over half a decade, said that it is building momentum in early 2016.

ACLZ launched its CAKE platform to capitalize on the shift from traditional to online mediums.

The company launched CAKE to seamlessly track a customer’s journey in real-time across a growing number of online platforms in order to maximize the effectiveness of an advertiser’s digital spending.

In a letter to the company’s shareholders, Accelerize CEO Brian Ross recently noted that the company is on pace to achieve 30% revenue growth to a record $21 million in 2015.

Ross further said that management is targeting a minimum of 30% growth in 2016 over its 2015 financial results, while taking steps to achieving cash flow positive operations in the first quarter of the year. Ross noted in the letter that by achieving the growth target, ACLZ will be well-positioned to fund future sales expansion and fuel its long-term growth.

ACLZ has moved into 2016 with a series of new partnerships, which are aimed at expanding its client base. In January, the company announced a partnership and technology integration with DialogTech, a leading provider of end-to-end call attribution and conversion for data-driven marketers.

ACLZ also noted that it has surpassed 100 advertisers on its next-generation platform by late-2015 and that number continues to grow moving into 2016.

Last week, the company announced that BarNone selected its CAKE platform to manage and optimize its digital marketing efforts. Further, ACLZ has been expanding its presence around the world and has added 60 new clients from the EMEA, APAC and LATAM regions in 2015.
