According to their press release, Metatron has generated millions of downloads for top-tier clients and has had many apps in various categories reach the top 20 on iTunes.
MetroSpaces provides property owners the opportunity to tokenize their properties in a unique wrap around concept. The MetroCrowd Blockchain Tokenization Platform will allow real estate owners to offer assets to investors by issuing a token and MetroCrowd will offer full KYC compliance, marketing and community management for property owners.
The technology of tokenizing properties should lower many high-cost barriers of entry into the trillion-dollar managed real estate market.
Shares of both stocks were flat in morning trade.
