Acquisition Announcement Has Premarket Heating Up For This Micro Cap

We love seeing some pre-market action within the realm of penny stocks, especially if there had already been some significant price movement in the preceding session. Well, in Tuesday’s pre-market, there were actually quite a few micro and small caps that were shaping up nicely, but one in particular stood out to us; Cyberlux Corp (OTCPK:CYBL). Coming off of a major announcement that the company acquired Kreatx SHPK, a developer of innovative software solutions, shares appear to be bid up as we head into the final 10 minutes before the opening bell.

Cyberlux is an advanced lighting technology company. It designs, develops and sells advanced lighting systems that utilize white, infrared (IR) and other light-emitting diodes (LEDs) as illumination elements. It serves Department of Defense (DoD), Commercial channels and Design Services customers.

Traders are bullish on the news as shares are currently bid up at $0.0288/share (+4.35% implied open for sellers). This move would be a strong continuation of Monday’s success as shares went on to close up at $0.0276/share (+18.97%) to start the week.
