The global medical cannabis market size is expected to grow to over $46 billion by 2026. This company, already a large player, just announced plans to grow its large scale cultivation and production capabilities in the United States.
Award-winning cannabis innovator Item 9 Labs Corp. (OTCQX: INLB) signed an asset purchase agreement with medicinal and recreational dispensary The Herbal Cure.
Through its vertically integrated cannabis dispensary franchisor and operator Item 9 produces premium, award-winning products. The Herbal Cure is located in central Denver and its 1,500-quarter-foot dispensary will be the company’s future flagship location, according to the firm’s press release.
Shares closed yesterday up 8.9% at $1.10.
