EJH Dips on New Contracts

China-based E-Home Household Service Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: EJH) watched its shares slip first thing Thursday. The company, a provider of integrated household services in China, has been awarded RMB18 million new contracts during April-May to provide property cleaning services for neighborhood residences.

The Company signed RMB5 million of the service contracts and Putian YouYou Cleaning Co., Ltd. (“YouYou”), a subsidiary of the Company, was awarded RMB13 million of the new business. YouYou is a leading cleaning services provider and a member enterprise at Fujian Province Cleaning Industry Association and E-Home acquired 60% of equity interests in YouYou in January.

Under the contract, the Company and YouYou will provide concentrated sweep through designated neighborhoods and maintain their cleanliness for contracted service period that ranges from 12 to 25 months.
CEO Wenshan Xie commented: “These latest awards are a testament to our teams, who deliver safe, secure and efficient services day in, day out for our customers.”

E-Home has become a modern enterprise of comprehensive service for family life.

EH shares dropped 7.5 cents to $8.96.
