Amphenol Hikes on Q2 Results

Amphenol Corporation (NYSE: APH) today reported record second-quarter 2025 results.

This morning’s news release pointed to sales of $5.7 billion, up 57% in U.S. dollars and 41% organically compared to the second quarter of 2024. GAAP Diluted EPS of $0.86, up 110% compared to the prior year.

Adjusted Diluted EPS proved to be $0.81, up 84% compared to prior year.

The company continues to deploy its financial strength in a variety of ways to increase shareholder value. During the second quarter, the Company purchased two million shares of its common stock for $160 million and paid dividends of $200 million, resulting in total capital returned to shareholders of approximately $360 million.

“Assuming the continuation of current market conditions as well as constant exchange rates, for the third quarter of 2025,” the release went on, “Amphenol expects sales to be in the range of $5.4 billion to $5.5 billion, representing a 34% to 36% increase over the prior year quarter. Adjusted Diluted EPS is expected to be in the range of $0.77 to $0.79, representing a 54% to 58% increase from the third quarter of 2024.”

APH shares soared $6.57, or 6.5%, to begin mid-week Wednesday at $108.35.
