Venu Holding Corporation (NYSE: VENU) shares were nearly unchanged Monday. The company, an owner, operator, and developer of premium live entertainment destinations, today announced strong Luxe FireSuite® sales performance, highlighting three of its venues under development, underscoring continued demand for premium hospitality experiences in the Company's target markets.
Since the program's inception, Luxe FireSuite sales have generated over $290 million in sales for the Company. FireSuite sales average over 80% sold across the three venues, standing at:
• Regent Bank Amphitheater (Broken Arrow, OK | Tulsa market): more than 70% sold
• Sunset Amphitheater (McKinney, TX | Dallas market): more than 90% sold
• The Hall at Centennial (Centennial, CO | Denver market): more than 75% sold

Luxe FireSuites are VENU's signature premium seating offering fractional-ownership, fire pit-centered suites located inside the company's unique destinations, designed for four to 10 guests. Since the program's inception, sales have generated over $290 million, with results at Broken Arrow, McKinney, and Centennial reflecting continued demand as VENU brings new venues online.
