Coca-Cola Posts Strong Financial Results And Raises Guidance

Beverage giant Coca-Cola (KO) has reported strong third-quarter financial results and raised its full-year guidance.

The Atlanta, Georgia-based company posted earnings per share (EPS) of $0.91 U.S., which topped the $0.88 U.S. that was expected on Wall Street.

Revenue in the period totaled $13.40 billion U.S., which beat the $12.92 billion U.S. consensus expectation among analysts. Sales were up 7% from a year earlier.

In terms of guidance, Coca-Cola said that it now expects earnings per share to grow at least 11% this year, up from its previous forecast of an increase in the range of 9% to 10%.

The beverage giant also said that its revenue should grow at least 5% in 2026, a slight increase from its previous outlook of approximately 5% growth for all of this year.

This marked the third consecutive quarter that Coke has raised its forward guidance. The latest increase comes despite management saying they’re seeing weak demand in the U.S. market.

The maker of Coke, Sprite, and Fanta said that global sales in the latest quarter helped to offset sluggish sales in North America as consumers struggle with high living costs.

The company said sales in the third quarter were particularly strong in Latin America, India, China, and Brazil, rising a combined 5% year-over-year.

Coca-Cola ended the summer quarter with an operating margin of 33.4%, up from 32% in the same period of 2025.

KO stock has risen 32% over the last 12 months to trade at $92.70 U.S. per share.
