SiteOne Landscape Supply, Inc. (NYSE: SITE) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Bedrock Environmental Seed & Supply, a leading distributor of erosion control, seed, and landscape supplies serving customers throughout 40 states in the U.S.

SITE shares jumped $3.24, or 2.9%, to $114.20.
