DNA Dynamics Hires Godspeed Games to Build Sports Gambling App

With the landmark ruling by the Supreme Court last month that banning sports betting was illegal, the U.S. gambling industry was re-shaped and companies are looking to capitalize on teh opportunity.

To that point, DNA Dynamics (OTCPK:DNAD) is moving quickly to try and snag some market share, earlier this week unveiling a new website with teasers about a sports betting platform it has in development. On Tuesday, DNA CEO Carl Grant promised greater transparency for shareholders to follow along with what the company is doing.

Thursday morning, Grant made good on his word with a news release that the company's subsidiary DNA Interactive Games Limited penned a definitive agreement to work with Godspeed Games on "Project Accumulate," the working title for the DNA sports betting project.

According to the corporate website, Project Accumulate is being developed as an app that pits multiple players against each other in predicting scores of upcoming games.

Pune, India-based Godspeed has contributed to over 300 games across an array of genres and platforms since its inception a decade ago, including a popular cricket game that hit the market earlier this year, a popular soccer game and a fitness game for XBOX 360 called "Get Fit With Mel B." The contract from DNA will take Godspeed to 75 developers, according to today's press.

Grant said that he has laid out a tight timeline to develop Project Accumulate and that he's confident the job will come in on time and within budget.

Investors are apparently happy with the hiring of Godspeed to build the app, as shares of DNAD were about even at $0.0036 with about an hour and change left in the trading day.
