One of the habits of effective people is the ability to reach out for help to get jobs done.
Hollywood, Calif.-based VERB Technology Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: VERB) priding itself on being a leader in business-focused interactive video sales and marketing applications, showed that ability, by announcing a strategic partnership with Waymark, an art and technology company that builds smart marketing tools, offering business-focused video templates.
These templates enable users to create video content through the use of still images and photographs, reducing friction during the video creation process.
Waymark will offer VERB’s proprietary interactive video technology within its video creation platform, allowing users to more effectively track engagement and interact with customers.
According to VERB CEO Rory J. Cutaia. “Combining our interactive video ‘tagg’ capabilities with Waymark’s platform should produce enormous value for our respective clients, customers and stockholders.”
Shares in VERB were up 18 cents, or 9%, to $2.18, on active volume of 868,000
