Globally, Spider-Man: Far From Home took in $580 million since its debut last Tuesday, giving the international box office a much needed boost for the summer moviegoing season. Disney-Pixar’s (NYSE:DIS) "Toy Story 4".slid to second place at the box office this past weekend with $34 million in ticket sales, bringing its domestic tally to a massive $306 million. In third place was Universal’s Beatles tribute "Yesterday," which earned $10 million for a cumulative North American haul of $36 million.

Warner Bros.’ "Annabelle Comes Home" added $9.5 million this weekend, taking its box office receipts to $50 million. Rounding out the top five was Disney’s "Aladdin," which added $7 million in its seventh weekend in theaters. The live-action remake has generated $320 million in North America to date.
