Hawkeye Gold & Diamond Inc. (TSX-Venture:HAWK) soared like a hawk, in terms of stock price, on the last Monday of October, on announcing a Sale and Purchase Agreement with an arms-length vendor to acquire a 100% interest in the Klastline property.
The Vancouver-based Hawkeye says the Property totals more than 650 hectares and is located approximately 12 kilometres from the Village of Iskut, British Columbia.
Monday’s news release also says Hawkeye may acquire a 100% interest in the property by issuing the vendor 600,000 shares within 30 days of receiving TSX Venture Exchange acceptance for the agreement.
Volume was slow to pick up on the news, totaling only about 23,000 shares, but the price hiked half a cent, or 20%, to three cents, shortly before noon ET.
